Workshop: Family Roles in Addiction

IIC, News
Posted on March 30, 2021
by Maria Abada
Substance abuse and addiction does not just effect the user, but the whole family, as well. Oftentimes family members will begin to adopt dysfunctional roles to cope with the user's behaviors. This workshop will educate attendees about the six common roles family members play in dealing with an addicted loved one. This workshop is presented by Bonnie Brae, as part of the "Ask-A-Therapist" series in partnership with FSO of Middlesex.  Have a question or need help in obtaining services for a youth you know? Contact our IIC manager, Maria Abada, LPC, for assistance: mabada@bonnie-brae.org.
The workshop take place March 31, 2021 at 1PM: https://zoom.us/j/94348560250?pwd=dk9vd2JKVjBYVG5xRVdzYm4xcGJlUT09.
