As principal of our NJ Approved, Private School for Students with Disabilities, Ms. Ellis oversees the staff of the education department and administers all aspects of the education program, including curriculum development, athletics, work experience, budget, quality assurance and physical plant. She works closely in interdisciplinary teams on program integration and goals and appreciates the uniqueness that Bonnie Brae brings to be able to treat the “whole child”. Ms. Ellis joined Bonnie Brae as a teacher in September 2001, and engaged in various leadership positions and experiences, prior to becoming the principal in April 2012. Ms. Ellis received her undergraduate degree from LaSalle University and her master’s degree from Lehigh University.
