A Message from Bonnie Brae CEO, Paul Rieger

Dear Friend,
The Corovavirus has presented us all with incredible challenges and these are certainly unprecedented times.
I want to thank those of you who have reached out to check in on us. At Bonnie Brae we are caring for 114 boys and young men 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These young men rely on us not only to keep them housed, fed, and safe, but to help them work through the emotional, behavioral and substance abuse isssues that led to their placement in our care. I've often said our staff are heroes and in times like these, even more so. They are reassuring our youth and families, while doing everything possible to keep our community safe and healthy.
In following with CDC, Department of Health, and Department of Children and Families recommendations, we have implemented new health and safety protocols, and have closed our campus to outside visitors. Fundraising and volunteer events have been cancelled or postponed until further notice. As this is a very fluid situation, we will reassess as new information emerges from our government and health departments. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at 908-647-0800.
Thank you for your continued support of Bonnie Brae, our staff, and the young men we serve. We wouldn't be here without your faithful commitment to our mission.
Wishing you all health and strength during this critical time.
Sincerely,
Paul D. Rieger, MSW
