Help Make A Difference on #GivingTuesdayNow

Dear Friend,
In this time of fear and uncertainty, there is a fundamental truth that gives us hope - that together we can do extraordinary things. Over the past few weeks and months, the entire world has been coming together to stand up, help out, give back, and heal. We have seen this first-hand at Bonnie Brae. Our friends in the community have come together like never before to help our youth and staff. Many of you have donated meals, supplies, activities and more to ensure that our youth are cared for, and that our front line staff are appreciated. Thank you, it truly means the world to us. These acts of kindness and community are what will help us all to get through this global pandemic.
On May 5, 2020, Bonnie Brae will be participating in #GivingTuesdayNow, a global day of unity and giving. As you know, Bonnie Brae transforms the lives of youth and families every day, and it is your support and belief in our work that enables us to have this impact.
We want to keep the good going and inspire others. I'm asking your help today in spreading the word about this global effort. Below are ways that you can do this and in doing so, together we will make a difference in creating stronger communities and in cultivating even more "small victories. every day."
1.Give. On May 5, visit www.bonnie-brae.org/donations and donate. Many of you have already been incredibly generous and we thank you. Every little bit helps, so consider donating a cost of a cup of coffee and getting your friends to do the same. You can also support our organization by donating much needed supplies and PPE (see below).
2. Follow. Please follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and invite your friends to do the same.
3. Spread the word. Encourage your friends and family to join you in creating real impact on May 5th by sharing what Bonnie Brae's mission means to you and why you support us. Feel free to share your story with us on social media.
4. Share your Stories and Photos. Show us how you are making a difference, for Bonnie Brae or other organizations. Send us your photos and stories and we will share them on social media. Make sure to use hashtag #GivingTuesdayNow.
We will get through this together.
Thank you for being a part of our Bonnie Brae family.
Sincerely,
Paul D. Rieger, MSW, Chief Executive Officer
