Bonnie Brae’s Thrift Shoppe has a steady stream of customers throughout the year. Located in Osborne Cottage (bear right at the top of the driveway, 1st building on the right), the shop is run exclusively by volunteers. Donated items are attractively displayed and priced. All monies raised by the Thrift Shoppe directly benefit the boys who reside at Bonnie Brae. Tax donation forms are provided.
Hours/Days of Operation:
The Bonnie Brae Thrift Shoppe is open Thursdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm as well as the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Thrift Shoppe volunteers can be reached at (908) 647-0800, extension 721.
Volunteers are needed: Bonnie Brae is a residential treatment center for children, and the Thrift Shoppe is located directly on the grounds, therefore we are governed by State regulations. All volunteers are required to complete finger printing and background checks at an off campus facility, and then complete an orientation program on campus.
