The Bonnie Brae Ambassadors Program
This student leadership program helps to recognize and develop positive leaders. Ambassadors "give back" to the surrounding community through volunteer projects and represent Bonnie Brae to the public by giving campus tours and volunteering at local events. For many of the boys, this is a radical change in their view of the world. They begin to see themselves as givers instead of takers. While increasing their own feelings of self-worth by contributing to the welfare of others, these experiences also help to change the way they are viewed by the local community.
