Primary therapist to the boys. Responsibilities include leading individual, family and/or focused group therapy. Prepare psychosocial assessments of individuals and families. Provide assessments & reports to placing agencies & courts as required to update progress of treatment.
Coordinate with community agencies and with all other disciplines within the agency. Present cases for review at staff meetings and inter-agency staffing. Maintain current, complete and professional case records. Work within a theoretical orientation in a multidiscipline team approach.
Function as Treatment Team Leader. May supervise social work interns from accredited graduate schools. Implement family structural model programming and participate in adventure-based counseling.
A Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology is required. Two years post masters specialized institute training very desirable but not required. Recreation / Adventure Based Counseling experience a plus.
Special Events Manager
Plan, organize, implement and evaluate B-B golf and gala as well as serve as school’s liaison for several other events. Individual will assist Director of Development in the marketing and promotion of the Bonnie Brae mission through school newsletters, grant writing and press releases.
BA degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience required. 2+ years of planning/execution of events and the ability to manage multiple projects, strong relationship building, analytical thinker, strong computer knowledge, organizational ability and superior communication skills required. Knowledge of Donor Perfect or similar fundraising software a +. Schedule must be flexible and allow for some evening/weekend events. Car and valid driver’s license required. A member of the direct care treatment team, the residential counselor provides supervision, counseling, and behavior management, and monitors the basic needs of children in placement.

Van Driver
Safely drives agency vehicles to transport students, staff, supplies or equipment, etc. to or from appointments. Does limited preventive maintenance, cleaning and repairs on vehicles or reports needs to maintain the vehicle is clean, safe operating condition and neat appearance. On non-driving hours, seeks and performs maintenance as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or designee. Provides on-call service as scheduled.
High School Diploma. Clean driver's license required. Full time position. Three year experience in any of the following: vocational training (completed) maintenance worker, driver of van, ambulance, delivery or service trucks, plumbing, carpentry/contracting or any combination of them.
